Silent and quiet I sit here alone,
sitting and thinking, chilled to the bone,
The last time i felt so bitter and sad,
was the time at your house, when someone got mad,
This night a tribute to you and me,
I've thought of you all day so hopefully,
I've wondered and hoped you knew what I meant,
I've been so busy but waited throughout,
I hope tonight you sleep better knowing,
that in the morning your smile will be glowing,
I hope you smile tonight before bed,
I hope your read the words that I said,
Tonight I sit so Silent and Quiet,
tomorrow I'll sit, with you in my arms.
